An entire team of specialists and experts in their field were responsible for the way the Hide Residential Complex on 1st Setunsky Avenue in Moscow turned out: these are the project developers Dominanta and Mr group, as well as the ADM workshop, the OLEG KLODT ARCHITECTURE&DESIGN bureau and the SUNDUKOVY SISTERS (S+S) studio.

Owing to the differences in the design of the facades, each building has its own unique character, creating a contrast between the three towers. One is strict and laconic, the second is dynamic, with a twisting spiral effect, and the third is cozy and more textured. This technique gives special expressiveness and individuality to the whole complex.

In the architecture of the facades of the three towers, one of the main materials is glass, which responds to the “glass architecture” trend. The project uses triple insulated glass units with tempered external multifunctional glass and internal triplex with heat-saving glass X-ONE Protection SECURITY and X-ONE Climate MULTI. This is a guarantee of warmth and protection from sunrays in rooms and apartments, noise reduction, safety and reduced costs for heating and air conditioning. The noble neutral shade of the insulated glass units allows for the implementation of unique color solutions for the complex.
