The administrative and business center “Dva kapitana” has two glass towers of 22 and 27 floors and a 4-story underground parking lot. The latest technologies in the field of intelligent systems, automation and energy efficiency were used in the construction of the building.

The business center is unique for several reasons. Firstly, because of its appearance: the building consisting of two rounded towers resembles binoculars used by sailors. Secondly, because of its purpose: the new administrative and business center serves not only for the offices of companies, but also for the working place of the entire Moscow Regional Duma, ministries and departments.

The building has a streamlined, cylindrical shape, and the panoramic glazing creates the feeling of it dissolving in space.To achieve such an effect, more than 19,000 sq.m. of translucent structures were produced, which include X-ONE insulated glass units with sun-protection, energy-saving and multifunctional glass.
