“Rechnoy port” is a new residential development in the center of Tyumen. The territory is located on the site of a former river port, where the origin of the Siberian shipping company took place at the end of the 19th century.

The developer's project "Brusnika" responds to the challenges of the developed area - it is a compact residential area that preserves the existing neighborhood development and involves historical buildings and structures in the urban context.

The territory is divided into two parts: the southern part with closed residential blocks and the northern part with permeable buildings and public spaces near the river. The focus of the area is a 24-story tower which will become the new city landmark of the “Rechnoy port”. In the center of the development there is also a small square that connects houses of different types into a single complex: five urban blocks and a tower.

To glaze such a diverse architectural project insulated glass units from the X-ONE Climate Multi line were manufactured to control temperature conditions and conserve energy indoors, and ones from X-ONE Sound Protection line to limit extraneous noise typical of busy areas.
