Mixed-use complex, which includes a 49-storey office tower, 85-story tower with residential apartments and a 6-storey "crystal" at the bottom of the complex, has been recognized as the best in the nomination "The best implemented project for the construction of office buildings and business centers."

Height 85-storey tower complex OKO is 354 meters, and currently ranks 3rd among the world's tallest skyscrapers built in the last year.
