CAPITAL TOWERS

CAPITAL TOWERS is a grand project, which represents an original multifunctional complex with a modern design and innovative solutions. The architectural concept of Sergey Skuratov and his bureau "Sergey Skuratov Architects" reflects the dynamic rhythm of the capital and current urban development trends. High glass facades are in perfect combination with nature and the urban environment and provide an abundance of natural light and panoramic views of Moscow.

Glazing plays an important role in the architecture of Capital Towers, being an aesthetically attractive and high-tech solution. Wide glass panels create a feeling of openness and light permeability, and energy-efficient insulated glass units help to retain heat in winter and protect against overheating in summer. The geometry of windows sets the expressiveness and dynamicity of the facade, forming an up-to-date elegant appearance of the building.

The curved glass from the Russian Glass Company is used in one of the most impressive parts of the complex, the stylobate. It is created using a complex thermal treatment process: the glass is heated, formed on a concave die and cooled with cold pressurized air. Due to tempering, the strength of the curved glass unit of the X-ONE Techno Bent line increases, accompanied by smooth lines and dynamicity, reflecting the modern style of the building. The use of this technology with high-precision curvature gives architects freedom in creating new forms of facades and highlights Capital Towers as a bright accent on the map of the capital.
