Foriver Residential Complex is a new project that represents a unique combination of comfort, style and state-of-the-art technologies. The complex is located in one of the most perspective districts of the city, on Smolenskaya Embankment in Moscow, which provides its residents with access to all the necessary infrastructure.
The Semrén & Månsson famous architect bureau together with APEX bureau are the authors of this project. The architects were striving to create space for people by opening access to the embankment and providing privacy for each home. One of the main features of the Foriver Residential Complex is its architecture. The proximity to the water was also materialized in the facades of the towers, designed in a style associated with water and waves, which characterizes the entire complex.
The shape of the hull and the glazing of the residential complex helped to achieve associations with the water surface. The use of X-ONE Climate Multi insulated glass units is both a stylistic and functional technique. Triple insulated glass units with a multifunctional and tempered heat-saving layer provide excellent thermal insulation, condensate and heat loss protection. The use of a warm frame and argon minimizes heat loss, creating a comfortable microclimate at any time of the year.
