The Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace

It is a unique custom-made building with an area of 23.5 thousand square meters. Its architectural accent is presented by a wave-shaped roof depicting the symbol of rhythmic gymnastics - a flying ribbon. The translucent glass facade of the building with a mirror effect supports the idea of flying ribbon, almost merging with the environment.

Construction in Moscow Luzhniki lasted eighteen months: at the beginning of 2017, builders began to drive the first piles of the pit, and the opening took place in June 2019.

To glaze the facade of Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace, our company manufactured more than 1,500 structural double-glazed units with multifunctional tempered glass, some of which are additionally decorated with silk screen printing. The total glazing area exceeds 4,500 square meters.

The multifunctional glass used in the IGUs provides the optimal microclimate of the room: in sunny weather it will reflect thermal energy, preventing the room from heating, and during the cold season - to prevent heat loss through the glass.
