Tech Park IT Park named after Bashir Rameev is the second tech park in the area of information and communication technologies created in the territory of Tatarstan Republic within the framework of the expansion of “Sun” IT-quarter and creation of comfort conditions for digital industry.

The building was designed by Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt Company of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was built taking into account modern trends and innovations in the field of architecture and construction. It represents a unique combination of functionality, aesthetics and environmental friendliness.

The appearance of the building is distinguished by its minimalism and form simplicity. The facade is characterized by a combination of different glazing formats: both classical and structural. The multifunctional triple-glazed window units X-ONE Climate Multi installed in the building have visual neutrality and minimal glassiness. At the same time, they have a high level of light transmission without the penetration of excess thermal energy into the rooms.
