KazanMall is the largest trade center in Tatarstan, the general designer of which was Solev Company, and the author of the project was the Blank Architects international architectural bureau.

An area of over 135 thousand square meters allocates shops, entertainment venues, a cinema, cafes and recreation areas.

The shopping center stands out for its unusual facade with structural glazing, on top of which a decorative structure in the form of a honeycombs is placed with a given curvature in two planes using algorithmic design. This is the first facade of this scale in Kazan, designed according to the principles of parametric architecture.

The necessary air balance and comfortable indoor temperature are ensured not only through intelligent climate control systems, but also owing to the installed X-ONE Climate triple-glazed insulated window units, which work effectively in any weather conditions, combining sun protection and heat conservation with a high light transmission ratio.
