The Vangarden Residential Quarter is a new renovation project in the west of Moscow, in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye District, which is distinguished by its showy and catchy appearance. The complex attracts attention with its strict textured brick facade with verified lines and laconic accents. When designing the comfort-class complex, the best traditions of Dutch development from the Dutch architects from the de Architekten Cie bureau were used. The well-developed infrastructure of the district, road interchange, availability of educational institutions, convenient layouts and variability of apartments confirm the comfort of the residential complex.
One of the key features of the project is the large panoramic windows with insulated glass units X-ONE Climate ENERGY, equipped with a composite grey-colored frame "Warm Edge". Additionally, burglar-proof insulated glass units with heat-saving internal triplex X-ONE Protection SECURITY are used. Panoramic windows fill the rooms with natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere and visually expanding the space. Unique insulated glass units provide reliable thermal insulation, preventing heat loss and contributing to the creation of comfortable living conditions. The energy-saving coating on the insulated glass units reflects heat from heating devices, returning it inside the room. This allows effectively retaining heat in the cold season and reduce heating costs.
It is an ideal place for living in a big city.
